摘要
高等教育公平,就是让每一个人在入学机会、教育过程、教育结果方面都享有平等的权利。在贫困地区,由于受经济滞后、地理环境的约束,传统性别文化、民族特殊性以及女性价值观等主客观因素的综合影响,女性高等教育基本处于贫困状态,"起点公平"有形无实,"过程公平"貌似神非,导致"结果公平"流于神话,这不仅成为制约当地经济与社会发展的瓶颈,也成为影响教育公平与社会和谐的重要因素。因此,推动高等教育公平已成为贫困地区高校女性教育发展的关键。女性教育的发展需要国家、社会以及女性自身等多方的共同努力,高等教育更有着义不容辞的责任和义务。
The fair higher education refers to an equal right for everybody to have opportunity for entrance, process of education and result of education. For the poor area, because of a comprehensive influence by economy lag, control of geographical environment, traditional sex culture, nationality distinctiveness, female sense of worth and other subjective and objective factors, female higher education is basically at a poor state. The fair starting-point is useless, the fair process seems similar but totally different, leading the fair to be a myth, and it becomes one of the bottlenecks restricting the local economy and social development and the important factor influencing fair education and social harmony. Therefore, promoting the fair higher education becomes the key to the development of university female education of poor area. The development of female education needs the efforts by a nation, society and the female, and higher education has the incumbent responsibility and duty.
