摘要
本研究优化了玉米黑粉菌深层发酵多糖的提取工艺,并对多糖进行了初步纯化。实验结果表明:当乙醇倍数为3,沉淀时间为15h,pH值为7.0时多糖提取率最高。采用DEAE-纤维素层析柱初步纯化该多糖,确定其由4种多糖组成。
The extraction condition of the polysaccharides of Ustilago was optimized in this article. The results showed the highest extraction efficiency was obtained when adding 3 volumes of ethanol, and precipitating for 15 h at pH 7.0. The polysaccharides were purified by DEAE-cellulose, indicating that the extracellular polysaccharides consisted of 4 kinds of polysaccharides.
