论我国金融监管协调机制的完善

A Study on the Relative Laws' Reconstruction

目前金融混业经营已成为国际主流的金融经营模式,我国金融业也正在逐步走向混业经营之路。而合理的金融监管协调机制是实现监管资源有效配置和提高金融监管效率的基础,在保障国家金融安全,防范金融危机等方面发挥着重要作用。因此,在我国金融混业经营的趋势下,如何完善我国的金融监管法律制度,如何构建高效的协调机制以实现金融监管机构间的合作,成为现在的重要课题。本文通过对目前国内外金融监管协调机制的探讨,指出了我国金融监管协调机制存在的问题。

Now the financial comprehensive operating has become the dominating financial operating model in the world, and Chinese financial world is stepping to comprehensive operating. A reasonable financial supervision and coordination systems is the foundation to achieve the effective arrangement of the supervision resources and improve the efficiency of financial supervision. In addition, it has an important function in protecting the country financial safety and preventing the financial crisis. Therefore, under the trend of financial comprehensive operating, some matters have become important problems, for example, how to consummate the legal rules of the financial supervi- sion of our country, how to build an effective coordination system in order to achieve the cooperation among the dif ferent financial supervision institutions. The paper by inquiring into the financial supervision and coordination systems in the world, analyses the problems in the financial supervision system of our country, and make some suggestions about the relative laws＇ reconstruction.
