后路固定加椎体成形术治疗胸腰段椎体骨质疏松性不稳定骨折 被引量:3

摘要 骨质疏松症合并胸腰段骨折为临床多见,轻微暴力即可导致胸腰椎椎体压缩性骨折,高能量损伤往往会导致椎体爆裂性或重度压缩性骨折。治疗方法包括选择后路或前路减压固定等。我院2004年7月-2008年2月对18例骨质疏松性胸腰椎不稳定性骨折患者采用切开复位后路固定联合伤椎椎体成形术治疗,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。
