ERK1和p38MAPK通路在大蒜素抑制缺血再灌注大鼠小肠黏膜细胞凋亡中的作用

摘要 小肠黏膜细胞凋亡可在缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)发生后显著增加,并可能成为其功能障碍的主要原因。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族(MAPKs)在介导细胞凋亡的发生中起重要作用,其中ERK1/2磷酸化可促使细胞存活,而JNK及p38MAPK活化后可激活caspase酶家族并诱导上皮细胞的凋亡。大蒜素作为大蒜的一种主要的生物活性成分,已被临床广泛应用于抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎治疗以及I/R损伤后脏器保护的研究。
