摘要 由于以太网技术便宜、简单、应用广泛这三大特点,构建电信级以太网已经成为必然趋势。但由于缺乏较好的运营管理维护(OAM)机制,使得以太OAM机制成为这一过程中必须要解决的问题。从电信级以太网对OAM机制的需求开始论述,然后介绍了以太网模型和以太OAM机制,最后对其原理与实现方案进行了分析。 The construction of carrier-class metro Ethernet has become an inevitable trend owing to its three merits:inexpensive,simple,and widely-applied. However,by lack of better OAM mechanism,ETH-OAM becomes an important problem demanding prompt solution. This article,beginning with the demand of carrier class metro Ethernet,describes the preferred model of Ethernet and ETH-OAM. Finally,it analyzes the principle and implementation of ETH-OAM.
