组织移植治疗巨大肩袖损伤的现状
摘要
巨大肩袖损伤是肩关节外科的治疗难点，日前仍尢巨大肩袖损伤的通用定义，与欧洲将损伤涉及2个以上肌腱划分为巨大肩袖损伤不同，北美地区将巨大肩袖损伤定义为撕裂的直径大于5cm。需要指出的是，巨大损伤与不可修复的肩袖损伤不是等同的概念：小可修复的肩袖损伤是指在清除无血管组织后，把上臂置于体侧内收位时，肌腱组织的质量很差，以至于不能行初期的直接肌腱-骨修复。国际上已出现利用多种组织移植来治疗大或巨大肩袖损伤的尝试，并存一定程度和范同内获得成功。
