Key technologies used in the development of the QHD33-1 oilfield

摘要 秦皇岛33-1油田是一个边际油田,可动用储量不到500万m3,油田开发面临极大挑战。通过采用新思路、新技术以及成熟技术的集成,降低了油田开发投资,提高了油田产能,使该油田开发有了经济效益。文中简要介绍了秦皇岛33-1油田有效开发采用的有人驻守简易井口平台设计、油田快速开发方式、多功能修井船修井、旋风分离器+生产计量分离器平台总量计量方案等关键技术。 The QHD33-1 oilfield is a marginal field with 500× 10^4 cubic meters producing reserves, which causes the great challenge for the field development. The new ways, new technology and mature technologies are integrated to reduce field investment, improve field productivity and get favorable benefit. This paper briefly describes several key technologies used in QHD33-1 oilfield, such as the design of manned simple wellhead platform, fast field development way, well service by multifunction workover barge, cyclone separator and production metering separator used in total yield metering on platform, etc.
