摘要
宿主细胞蛋白-蛋白磷酸酶1(PP1)是人类免疫缺陷病毒1型(human immunodeficiency virus-1,HIV-1)转录的调节因子之一,参与HIV-1转录。脱磷酸化cyclinT1依赖性激酶9(CycT1-dependent kinase9,CDK9)或RNA聚合酶ⅡC末端区(RNAPII CTD)以增强Tat诱导的转录。本文综述了PP1在HIV-1转录过程的作用及其抑制剂研究进展。
Host cell protein phosphatase-1 (PP1) is an important regulator of human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) transcription. PP1 is involved in the regulation of HIV-1 transcription, and dephosphorylates RNA polymerase Ⅱ C-terminal domain (RNAPⅡ CTD) or CycT1-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) to increase Tatdependent HIV-1 transcription. In this review, we discuss the action of PPI in Tat-induced HIV-1 transcription and related to PP1 inhibitors.
