不同因素致急性肺损伤大鼠的病理转归及肺泡表面活性蛋白-A的动态变化

摘要
不同原因导致的急性肺损伤的程度、病程演变及转归是否相同,值得进一步深入研究。肺泡表面活性蛋白-A(surfactant protein—A,SP—A)在急性肺损伤发生发展中的作用备受关注。本研究采用内毒素及博来霉素诱导大鼠急性肺损伤,探讨肺损伤的病理组织学及SP-A的动态变化及意义。
