摘要
通过对陕西某地石煤钒矿的物相和化学成分分析,依据矿物的特点确定用H2SO4溶液作为浸出剂从石煤钒矿中浸出钒。实验主要研究了H2SO4浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间对石煤钒矿中钒的浸出率的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内钒的浸出率随H2SO4浓度及浸出温度的升高、浸出时间的延长而提高;得出的较优条件为H2SO4浓度6.0 mol.L-1、浸出温度95℃、液固比为3∶1、浸出时间5 h,可以使钒的浸出率达到93.83%。
The technique process of leaching vanadium with sulfuric acid was defined on the base phase and chemical constituents of stone coal in Shaanxi province. The influence factors such as content of sulfuric acid, temperature, liquid-solid ratio and leaching time were studied on leaching rate of vanadium from the stone coal. The experimental results showed that the leaching rate of vanadium was improved by the change of influence factors at some range. The leaching rate of vanadium reached 93.83% under the optimal conditions of sulfuric acid content of 6.0 mol· L-1, leaching temperature of 90℃, leaching time of 5 h and liquid-solid ratio of 3: 1.
