摘要
眼部转移癌多发生在已知原发肿瘤的患者，少见仅有眼部症状而首诊于眼科的病例，近期我们在临床工作中发现2例以视力下降伴眼痛为首发症状而首诊于眼科的全身转移性肺癌患者，现报告如下。
