应用锁孔技术显微手术切除前颅底巨大脑膜瘤 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用神经外科锁孔手术治疗前颅底脑膜瘤的疗效和适应证。方法对22例前颅底巨大脑膜瘤行眉弓上锁孔开颅,显微神经外科手术切除。结果22例全部切除,无手术死亡、致残及相关并发症。结论锁孔手术是治疗前颅底肿瘤的微创治疗技术,减少了手术创伤及并发症的发生,恰当选择适应证、充分的术前准备和显微外科技术是手术成功的关键。 Objective To explore the curative effect and indication of treating huge intracranial meningioma in the frontal skull with keyhole operation. Methods Totally 22 cases of huge intracranial meningioma were removed by microsurgery with supra-eyebrow approach keyhole operation. Results All 22 cases of meningioma were totally resected with no operation death,mutilation and complications. Conclusion It is safe to say that keyhole microsurgery may provide maximum efficiency to remove the huge intracranial tumor in the frontal skull and minimum invasiveness.However,the choose of proper indication,sufficienct preparation before operation and the skill of microsurgery are key to the operation.
