脉冲电磁场干预原发性骨质疏松症的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的对脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)干预治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效进行分析报告。方法原发性骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分为A(治疗)、B(对照)两组,A组40例在饮食调护和运动疗法基础上,每天在服用1粒"乐力"钙片1h后,L1-S1部及髋部接受"磁振热"机器治疗1h,共计30次,历时约50d,饮食调护和运动疗法持续6个月。B组40例每天服用1粒"乐力"钙片,共30天,同时进行饮食调护和运动疗法6个月。治疗50d结束时及治疗后6个月观察其自觉症状改善情况及骨密度(BMD)的变化,并与治疗前对比分析。结果镇痛的疗效:两组治疗在改善骨质疏松的自觉症状、减轻疼痛方面均有疗效,有效率达100%;治疗后BMD变化:A组(平均绝对增长)治疗50d结束时0.048g/cm2,治疗后6个月达0.063g/cm2,B组(平均绝对增长)治疗50d结束时0.014g/cm2,治疗后6个月0.039g/cm2。结论PEMFs干预原发性骨质疏松症可以明显减轻疼痛,提高患者生存的质量,对BMD也有一定程度的提高。 Objective To report the analysis of pulsed electrical magnetic fields (PEMFs)' effect on treating osteoporosis.Methods 80 osteoporosis patients were grouped in two.Group A ( Experimental)-40 people,after taking "Leli" calcium one hour,were treated by PEMFs on L1-S1 and coxa one hour a day,30 times in total during fifty days while went on healthy diet and the Kinesiatrics for six months.Group B (Control)-40 people were treated by "Leli" calcium one piece a day,30 times in total,and the healthy diet and the Kinesiatrics for six months.Results Antalgic Effect:Two kinds of treatments are both effective on treating osteoporosis subjective symptoms and alleviating pains.The effective rate is 100%.However Group A's curative effect is more obvious.The comparison of the BMD:Group A (the average increase) is 0.048 g/cm2 after 50 days treatment and become 0.063g/cm2 after six months' treatment.Group B (the average increase) is 0.014 g/cm2 after 50 days treatment and become 0.039 g/cm2 after six months treatment.Conclusion PEMFs can alleviate osteoporosis patients' pain,improve their life quality,and increase the BMD to a certain degree.
