腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺囊肿3例并文献复习

Retroperitoneoscopic surgery for adrenal cysts:a report of 3 cases

目的探讨腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺囊肿切除术的可行性、安全性。方法回顾分析过去2年来3例肾上腺囊肿患者行后腹膜腹腔镜肾上腺囊肿切除术的临床资料。结果3例手术均成功,手术时间60～100 min,平均85 min。术后住院3～6 d,均未发生术中、术后并发症,术后随访至今无复发。结论后腹膜径路腹腔镜肾上腺囊肿切除术有效、安全,可做为肾上腺囊肿的标准术式。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of retroperitoneoscopic surgery for adrenal cyst. Methods From April 2007 to Aug. 2008, retroperitoneoscopic surgery was performed in 3 cases of adrenal cyst. Results The operations were successful in all 3 patients without conversion to open surgery. The mean operative time was 85 min （60-100min）, and the mean hospitalization postoperatively was 4 days （3-6days）. There was no serious complications in perioperative period, and no recurrence was found up to now. Conclusion Retroperitoneoscopic surgery for adrenal cyst has the advantages of quicker recovery, shorter hospitaliztion and less invasion. Therefore, it is effective and safe therapeutic method.
