摘要 目的:探讨胚泡着床过程中转化生长因子α(Transforming growth factor-α,TGF-α)对肿瘤坏死因子-α转化酶(Tumor necrosis factor-converting enzyme,TACE/ADAM17)的反馈调控机制。方法:用逆转录聚合酶链反应(Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR)和免疫组化的方法分别检测实验组(注射TGF-α抗体)和对照组(注射小鼠血清)后子宫内膜TACE mRNA和蛋白的表达。结果:对照组TACE mRNA和蛋白明显高于实验组。结论:在胚胎着床过程中,TGF-α能反馈调控TACE在子宫内膜的表达,TACE-TGF-α-EGFR途径可能是胚胎着床的调控机制之一。 Objective:To investigate the feedback regulation of transforming growth factor α (TGF-α) to tumor necrosis factor-α converting enzyme. Methods: Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunochemistry were applied to detect TACE mRNA and protein in mice endometria of experiment group (TGF-α antibody was injected) and control group (saline was injected). Results : The expressions of TACE mRNA and protein in control group were higher than in experiment group. Conclusion: TGF-α could feedback on TACE expression in mice endometria and TACE-TGF-α-EGFR might one of the regulations during blastocyst implantation.
