弹性钢针加囊腔彻底刮除后混合植骨治疗儿童骨囊肿

Elastic steel-wire and bone graft after thorough curettage of the capsular space in treatment of children bone cyst

目的:评价弹性钢针加囊腔彻底刮除后混合植骨治疗儿童骨囊肿的疗效。方法:2005～2007年用弹性钢针加囊腔彻底刮除后混合植骨治疗儿童骨囊肿26例,随诊1～3年,平均1.5年,其中肱骨近端15例,股骨近端9例,胫骨2例。结果:囊腔完全愈合21例,占81%,基本愈合5例,占19%,无1例复发。结论:弹性钢针加囊腔彻底刮除后混合植骨治疗儿童骨囊肿效果显著,值得的推广应用。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of the treatment for children bone cyst with Elastic steel-wire and bone graft after thorough curettage of the capsular space. Methods： From 2005 to 2007, 26 patients were treated with the means of Elastic steel-wire and bone graft after thorough curettage of the capsular space, and followed-up for 1 to 3 years. There were 15 cases of proximal humerus, 9 cases of proximal femoral bone, and 2 cases of tibia. Results： There were 21 cases of complete recovery, accounting for 81% ;5 cases of partial recovery, accounting for 19%. There was no recurrence. Conclusion： The effect of the treatment for children bone cyst with Elastic steel-wire and bone graft after thorough curettage of the capsular space is remarkable , which should be applied widely.
