严重肩胛骨骨折治疗方法的探讨

The study of the treatment of scapular fracture with clavicle fracture

目的:观察肩胛骨骨折开放复位成型钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:12例肩胛骨骨折8例合并锁骨骨折的病人先行锁骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,再行肩胛骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,术后4周进行肩关节功能锻炼。10例获随访,平均随访12个月。结果:肩胛骨骨折、锁骨骨折全部愈合,9例肩关节功能恢复优良,1例可。结论:肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折切开复位成型钢板内固定,可恢复肩关节的动力平衡及稳定性,早期进行功能锻炼,有利于肩关节功能的早期康复。

Objective： To study the method of treatment of scapular fracture with clavicle fracture. Methods： 12 patients with scapular fracture and clavicle fracture were treated with open reduction and restructure-plate fixation, and taken the function exercise of shoulder joint at 4 week after the operation, and 10 patients were followed up for an average 12 months. Results： All the patients healed up. The function of shoulder joint of 9 patients was excellent and good, and that of 1 patient was fair. Conclusion： That scapular fracture with clavicle fracture were treated with open reduction and restructure-plate fixation is a good way, with the advantages of repairing and keeping the balance of shoulder muscles, better reduction and the excellent and good function of shoulder joint.
