摘要
研究了1,3,5-三氨基-2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TATB)在3-乙基-1-甲基咪唑四氟化硼、3-丁基-1-甲基咪唑四氟化硼、3-丁基-1-甲基咪唑六氟化磷、3-己基-1-甲基咪唑溴化物和3-丁基-1-甲基咪唑氯化物([Bmim]Cl)五种离子液体中的溶解性。实验中发现([Bmim]Cl)对TATB有一定的溶解性。利用[Bmim]Cl对TATB进行重结晶,并对重结晶前后样品进行DSC测试。结果表明,重结晶后样品的的放热峰温(375℃)比粗品的放热峰温(363℃)有所延迟,说明重结晶后TATB热稳定性有所提高。
Recrystallization of 1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene(TATB) in five kinds of ionic liquids,including 3-ethyl-1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate,3-butyl-1-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate,3-butyl-1-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphorus,3-hexyl-1-methylimidazolium bromine and 3-butyl-1-methylimidazolium chloride(Cl) was investigated.TATB can be dissolved in Cl,and the thermal stability of TATB improved after recrystalization in the ionic liquid was also investigated.The exothermic temperature of the recrystalized TATB(375 ℃) which is higher than that of raw TATB(363 ℃) indicats that the stability of recrystalized TATB is improved.
