摘要 农民专业合作社在我国将进入快速发展期,合作社教育的缺乏与滞后日益凸现出来。根据国外发达国家的经验,完整的合作社教育体系应包括广泛的教育对象;多层次、广覆盖的人才培养体系;丰富的教学内容;严格的资格认证制度。我国可整合现有的各种农业教育及培训资源,构建包含学历教育、职业教育和培训、农村基础教育等多层次、广泛覆盖农村地区的、完整的合作社教育体系。 As farmers professional cooperative will soon enter into the phase of fast development in China, the problem of lacking cooperative education and lagging has increasingly come to rise. Practices in developed countries told us that a complete cooperative education system should include extensive educational objects, multi-level talents training system of wide coverage, colorful teaching content and rigid certification system. China could integrate various available agricultural education and training resources to construct a complete cooperative education system that could cover the vast rural areas and contains academic education, vocational education and training, basic education in rural areas.
