女性农民工的精神文化生活事关整个社会经济发展和稳定的大局以及和谐城市、和谐社会的建设。当前青岛市女性农民工精神文化生活整体状况不容乐观,影响女性农民工精神文化生活的因素是多方面的,包括经济、文化、社会等多种因素。为此,应坚持以人为本,全方位、多角度有针对性地采取多种对策,努力改善女性农民工的精神文化生活水平。

The spiritual and cultural life about women migrant workers has great effect on the economic development and stability of the whole society as well as the building of harmonious city and harmonious society. At present, the spiritual and cultural life of female migrant workers in Qingdao City is not optimistic. The factors are various eeonomiely,culturally, socially, etc. We should insist on human-oriented principle and adopt lots of all-round policies from different angles to improve the women migrant workers＇spiritual and cultural life.
