济南企业自主创新能力及其制约因素分析——基于山东省三大主要城市的比较研究

An Analysis on Jinan Enterprise Capacity of Independent Innovation and Its Hindering Factors——A Comparative Research Based on Three Major Cities in Shandong

自主创新能力是一个国家综合竞争力的重要标志,提高企业自主创新能力是我国转变经济发展方式的根本途径。但是,从经济运行尤其是工业运行的实际状况看,自主创新能力的缺乏仍然是制约济南经济发展的重要因素。因此,本文运用山东省三大城市近年来的统计数据,从比较研究的角度对济南工业企业自主创新能力与水平做一客观分析,并从中探讨加快济南企业自主创新能力建设的思路与对策。

The capacity of independent innovation is a significant symbol of the comprehensive competitiveness of a nation and its improvment is the fundamental approach of the transformation of economic modes. In terms of real economic operation especially operation of industries, the lack of independent innovation still remains a major factor hindering economic growth in Ji ＇nan. Quoting recent statistics of three major cities in Shandong, this paper has comparatively conducted an objective analysis on the capacity of independett innovation of Jihan＇s industry as well as enterprises,and tries to discuss some methods and countermeasures of building Ji＇nan＇s capacity of independent innovation.
