急性前壁心肌梗死介入治疗中应用主动脉内球囊反搏的临床观察

Clinical Observation on IABP Application in interventional Therapy on AMI

目的观察主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)在急性前壁心肌梗死患者介入治疗中的价值。方法选择急性前壁心肌梗死患者42例为研究对象,观察应用IABP前后血液动力学变化情况及病人预后。结果42例患者应用IABP后血液动力学情况及预后均得到不同程度的改善。

Objective To evaluate the effect of intra - aortic balloon pump （IABP） on percutaneous coronary intervention treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods 42 patients with AMI underwent primary PCI and IABP treatment and to observe PCI features and clinical outcomes during hospitalization. Results All cases who use of IABP after PCI is safe and can significantly improve prognosis.
