摘要
目的建立啤酒中甲醛测定的新方法。方法采用凯氏定氮蒸馏装置代替蒸汽蒸馏装置从啤酒中提取甲醛,并对水浴温度进行改进。结果新建立的方法RSD为1.8%~3.2%,加标回收率为96%~103%,具有良好的线性范围,r=0.9997。结论该方法精密度好,准确度高,适用于啤酒中甲醛的测定。
Objective To establish a new method for determination of formaldehyde in beer based on national standards. Methods Kjeldahl distillation unit and vacuum distillation units replaced steam unit for extracted from the formalde- hyde in beer based on the national standards, and improved the water bath temperature. Results The relative standard deviation of the new method was 1.8% -3.2%, the recovery rate was 96% - 103% with a good linear range, correlation coefficient was 0. 999 7. Conclusion This method has the characteristic of good precision and high accuracy for the determination of formaldehyde in beer.
