北京市制造业适度发展研究

An Analysis of Appropriate Development of Beijing Manufacturing Industry

资源环境约束条件下,北京市制造业占GDP的比重逐年降低。北京市三产比重已达到发达国家大都市水平。而北京市制造业在全国和北京市经济中仍占有举足轻重的地位。本文从北京市制造业总体发展状况、北京市制造业对资源环境的影响、京津冀都市圈全新定位对北京市制造业发展的影响、世界大都市制造业适度发展的经验4个方面进行研究,进而提出北京市制造业"比重稳定,结构优化"的适度发展战略。

Because of the resource and environmental constraints, the proportion of Beijing manufacturing industry to total GDP has decreased over the years. The proportion of Beijing service industry has increased significantly, which has reached the standard of major cities in developed countries. However, Beijing manufacturing Industry is still of a significant importance to Beijing and Chinese economies. This article analyzes Beijing manufacturing industry in the following four aspects： first, the overall development of Beijing manufacturing industry; second, the impacts of Beijing manufacturing industry on Beijing resources; third, the impacts of the new Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan location on Beijing manufacturing industry; finally, the historical appropriate development experiences of major cities in the developed countries. In addition, this article proposes an appropriate development strategy called ＇ Structural optimization＇ and ＇ stabilization of industry proportions＇ .
