摘要
已有研究表明炎症反应在创伤性脑外伤的病理生理过程中起重要作用。尽管血脑屏障的存在使得脑组织受到很好的保护,但是脑损伤后数分钟内释放出大量免疫调节因子,它们介导一系列瀑布样炎症反应发生,包括黏附分子表达、细胞浸润、炎性分子分泌等共同导致脑损伤病情加重。本文就脑外伤后炎症反应的发生及炎性介质IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-6的作用等作一综述如下。
It has been showed that inflammatory reaction in the pathology of traumatic brain injury plays an important role in physiological processes. The possibe harmful/beneficial sequelae of post-traumatic inflammation in the central nervous system (CNS) are discussed by using three model mediators of inflammation in the brain, tumor necrosis factor-alpha ( TNF-alpha ), interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ), interleukin- 1 beta (IL- 1 beta), and adhesion molecules. While they may act as important mediators for the initiation and the support of post - traumatic inflammation, causing additional cell death and neurologic dysfunction,they may also pave the way for reparative processes.
