前列腺电切手术中病人Hb、Hct和血钠的监测与处理

Monitoring and Processing of Hb,Hct,and Serum Sodium in Transurethral Prostatectomy Surgery

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)手术中患者Hb、Hct、血钠的变化和处理。方法随机选择前列腺电切患者40例,测量患者术前和术中30min、60min、90min的Hb、Hct、血钠浓度值。结果40例患者术中30、60、90min的Hb、Hct、血钠浓度值与前一组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经尿道前列腺电切手术中患者的Hb、Hct和血钠浓度随时间延长而逐渐降低,需要及时处理。

Objective To investigate the changes of Hb,Hct and serum sodium in transurethral prostatectomy（TURP）surgery and the management. Methods We randomly selected 40 cases of TURP and measured the levels of Hb, Het, and serum sodium 30,60 and 90 minutes before operation and in operation. Results There was a significant difference in the levels of Hb, Hct and the blood sodium 30,60 and 90 minutes in operation in 40 cases compared with intraoperation（P〈0.01 ）. Conchlsion The levels of Hb,Het and the blood sodium of TURP patient gradually decreased with time increasing,which needs to be timely processed.
