第二代非肽类肾素抑制剂在联合用药降压中的作用
摘要
大多临床试验证明肾素抑制剂阿利吉仑分别与利尿剂、ACEI、ARB联合用药时能够抵消后三者引起的肾素活性升高作用并呈现出显著的协同降压作用。
