摘要
西部地区的发展有赖于西部地区教育的发展,而西部地区农村教师的专业化发展直接关系到西部地区教育的发展。通过对教师专业化发展内涵的解读,分析西部地区农村教师专业化发展所面临的困境,探讨利用远程教育手段,有效促进西部地区农村教师专业化发展。
The development of the western region depends on the development of education in the region, while the professional development of teachers in the western rural areas is directly related to the development of education in this region. Based on the interpretation of the content in professional develop- ment of teachers, and the analysis of difficulties which the professional development of teachers faced in rural areas, we explore how to promote the professional development of teachers effectively in western rural areas by using the distance education.
