摘要
对宁夏特有贺兰山紫蘑菇进行主要营养成分的分析,各成分的测定均采用国家标准方法测定。紫蘑菇中碳水化合物、蛋白质及灰分含量较高,尤其矿物质元素含量丰富,且P,K成分含量高。
