摘要
研究硼砂处理提纯魔芋葡甘聚糖的工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验优化提纯魔芋葡甘聚糖的工艺条件。结果表明:以2.5%硼砂浓液,在40℃下提取15min,可得到纯度为91.8%的魔芋葡甘聚糖,得率为72.5%。
The extraction process of konjac glucomannan was studied by borax processing method. The optimized parameters were obtained by the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Experiment results show that the extraction rate of konjac glucoman nans is 72.5% , and the KGM purity of extraction was 91.8% under optimal conditions of borax concentration 2.5%, extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 15 rnin.
