摘要
利用电流传感器检测成组加热管公共结点电流的变化,通过PLC、触摸屏的配合使用,解决白酒瓶身烘干机多组加热管故障的实时报警和故障点快速定位的方法,从而达到减少废品、缩短维修时间的目的。
Using electrical current sensors to check public connecting heating tubes plots＇ change, automatically, and using both PLC and touching screens to realize proper alarming system of the heating tubes and fast breakdowns locating to reduce the waste products and shorten the repair time.
