摘要
在分析切纸机传动工艺的基础上,针对切纸精度将变频控制和伺服控制两种技术方案进行对比,得出变频器不能满足要求,只能用伺服控制的方案。通过PLC控制伺服和变频器来控制各传动点的速度,并实现各传动点的启停、加速、减速以及速度链等功能。根据传动方案的要求,完成系统硬件系统的设计。本设计可以使切纸精度做到正负0.5mm,达到国际先进水平,控制系统可靠性高、控制精度高、稳定性好、性价比高。
After the analysis of paper cutter drive system, two technical schemes for cutting accuracy were compared, and the conclusion was that the servo control scheme rather than the frequency converter scheme could meet the requirements. The speeds of driving points were controlled by the PLC servo control and frequency converter, therefore, the functions of start/ stop, acceleration/deceleration in every driving points and the speed chain would be realized. The hardware system design was made according to the drive system. The scheme would make the cutting accurate reach to the international advanced level of +0.5mm; the control system was with high reliability and accuracy, good satiability and cost performance.
