摘要
以某公司条钢厂线材轧制全过程为研究对象,在详细分析了线材控轧控冷热过程特点的基础上,建立了钢坯从出炉到轧制成材全过程数学模型。采用交替隐式格式的TDMA数值计算方法,开发出了线材控轧控冷过程计算机数值仿真系统,并进行了大量的数值模拟。所得结论为该公司即将开展的线材控轧控冷过程模型优化控制奠定了坚实的理论基础。
The whole rolling process of wire in some company was studied, and the mathematical model of the overall process from the heating furnace discharge to the laying head outlet was established based on the detailed analysis of the thermal characteristics, which was solved by TDMA numerical calculation method with alternative implicit pattern. Then computer numerical simulation system of the controlled rolling and controlled cooling of wire was developed, and lots of numerical simulation calculations were carried on. The corresponding conclusions lay theoretical foundation for on-line computer optimal control system of the whole process, which will be put into operation.
