高等院校安全防范系统设计与研究——以中国人民公安大学团河校区安防系统为模板

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深化,高校的校园面积和招生规模以及功能的变化都对高校校园安全管理提出了新的要求,高校安全防范也越来越受到社会各方面的关注。中国人民公安大学团河校区的校园安防系统整体设计贯彻纵深防护的原则,建立纵深防护体系,将防范区域大致分为周界、监视区、防护区、禁区四级。学生宿舍作为重点防护对象,提出了将人防、物防、技防有机结合,对大学校园进行合理布控、有效防范,建立多级报警联网系统的安防理念。

This paper to the public security University as an object, and coupled with the characteristics of the College environment,the proposed air-raid,from the combination of security and,on the University campus to control and prevent the establishment of multilevel security alarm system.
