现场微量物证的利用 被引量:1

摘要 犯罪活动是一种物质活动,任何犯罪现场都不可避免地要发生物质的相互转移,即只要犯罪活动发生,实施犯罪者必然会从现场带走或遗留某种物质。但在实际现场勘查中工作人员往往把注意力集中于对手印、足迹和工具痕迹的发现、提取上,对微量物证的发现、提取以及利用很少,主要原因是对现场痕迹物证缺乏全面运用的认识。
