Fraud in Social Health Insurance System damage the legitimate right and interests of policy holder, endanger the fairness of insurance industry and influence the develop of the socid efficieney of insurance ststem, has been close attentioned by the theoretical circle. The paper briefly discussed the research results related to this field in order to obtain the corresponding revelation and make the groundwork for further research.
