摘要
通过研究不同植物根际微生物及根际土壤浸提物对畜禽病原菌生长繁殖的影响,为养殖场区绿化植物选择提供参考。试验中选取了致病性沙门氏菌SW-1菌株为测试菌,在校园周围不同地方采集了17种植物的根际土壤,每种植物采集2个不同地方,共采集34份土样,2h内对土样分别进行土壤微生物的混合发酵和生理盐水浸提,采用打孔法测定其发酵液和水浸提物对致病性沙门氏菌SW-1的抑制作用。试验结果表明,草坪草、银杏、牵牛、沿阶草的根际微生物,银杏根际微生物发酵液以及草坪草、银杏根际土壤浸提物对沙门氏菌的生长有较强的抑制作用。从综合效果来分析,银杏、草坪草、牵牛、沿阶草等用于养殖场绿化,可能会对一些畜禽病原菌的控制起到一定的作用。
For the informations about plants greening the nursery, we had studied the effects of different plants rhizospheric microorganism and its fermentation, rhizospheric soil extraction on the growth of pathogenic Salmonella SW-1.2 soil samples of each plant, 34 rhizospheric soil samples about 17 plants were collected, and their inhibitory effect on Salmonella SW-1 were studied by drilling and traditional microbiological culture methods. The results showed that the rhizospheric microorganisms of lawn grass, gingko, thunhergia, tphiopogon, rhizospheric microorganisms fermentation broth of Ginkgo and the rhizospheric soil extraction of ginkgo, lawn grass have strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Salmonella SW-1.
