摘要
本文通过采用国标法和微波炉法测定不同奶牛场玉米青贮饲料的干物质(DM)含量,进而比较上述方法测定DM含量的准确性,并确定二者之间的相关性。结果表明,国标法所测得的玉米青贮DM含量与微波炉法相比差异显著(P<0.05),前者较后者所测DM含量平均降低11.25%。微波炉法与国标法之间存在简单的线性关系(R2=0.86)。此研究表明,玉米青贮DM含量的测定以国标法更为精准。所以如果奶牛场对日粮配方的要求较高,建议对玉米青贮采取国标的方法进行测定或把微波炉测定值通过相关转化,使其更接近真实值,缩小与国标法的测定误差,然后再使用之。
The objective of this study was to evaluate difference of two analysis methods for corn silage dried matter. It was indicated that there was significant difference(P〈0.05) for detecting values between national standard and microwave oven methods. Dried matter concentration by national standard method decreased by 11.25% compared with microwave oven method. Meantime, we found that there was simple line relation between analysis values of microwave oven method and national standard method(R2=0.86). Therefor, we thought that corn silage dried matter concentration should have been analyzed by national standard method. We also should have revised them if those values were from microwave oven method.
