产科出血的预防及抢救护理

产科出血发病突然，有时出乎意料，如抢救不及时直接威胁到产妇生命，目前在我国居产妇死亡之首，其发生率约占产妇总数的2％～3％，因此，防止产后出血是产科工作者的重要任务。对产后出血如何尽快而准确的估计出血量，及时有效的止血和补充血容量是处理产后出血的关键，为总结对产科出血的预防、监测、抢救、护理对策，本文对四例产科出血的临床资料进行分析。

Obstetric hemorrhage is sudden and unexpected, and it threats the life of the pregnant women. Therefore, it is imperative to prevent obstetric hemorrhage. The key to the treatment of obstetric hemorrhage is the timely and accurate estimarion of the bleeding quantity and the effective bleeding stop and complement of blood.
