儿童过敏性紫癜反复发作与慢性胃炎及HP感染的关系探讨

目的探讨儿童过敏性紫癜反复发作与慢性胃炎及HP感染的关系。方法选择90例过敏性紫癜患儿,其中36例反复发作(≥3次/年)为反复发作组,其余54例作为对照组。在缓解期均进行胃内镜检查并取黏膜标本行HP检测。结果反复发作组,有慢性胃炎28例,HP阳性24例,胃溃疡2例。对照组54例,有慢性胃炎12例,HP阳性5例。两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论儿童过敏性紫癜反复发作与慢性胃炎及HP感染密切相关。

Objective To investigate children with Henoch -Schonlein purpura recurrent and chronic gastritis and HP infection. Methods Total 90 patients with Henoch - Schonlein purpura in children,in which 36 patients with recurrent （≥3 times/year） for the recurrent group, the remaining 54 cases as control group, conducted in remission and endoscopic gastric mucosal specimens obtained HP testing. Results The recurrent group,28 cases of chronic gastritis, HP - positive 24 cases of gastric ulcer in 2 cases. Control group,54 cases, 12 cases with chronic gastritis, HP - positive in 5 cases. Comparing the two groups there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The children with Henoch - Schonlein purpura recurrent infection in patients with chronic gastritis and is closely related to HP.
