摘要
本案例描述了河北省昌黎县渔民肖秋利从1993年到2009年的创业历程。17年来,他屡次尝试新的项目,先后率先引进并成功养殖了日本对虾、文蛤、牙鲆鱼和河豚鱼,并成功地开始了从单一的水产养殖到融合水产养殖和观光休闲旅游为一体(以渔岛项目为代表)的产业升级和转型。本案例对于研究创业(生存驱动型创业和机遇驱动型创业)和创新有一定的参考意义。
This case describes the entrepreneurship journey of Hebei fisherman,Xiao Qiu-li,between 1993 and 2009.In the past 17 years he successfully explored several new projects first,including Japanese Prawn,Clam,Pacific Fluke,Blowfish and so on.Recently he made a success by transforming from a single fish farming business to an integrated business based on fish farming, tourism and leisure industry(for example,the project of Fish Island).This case is particularly useful for the study of necessity-driven entrepreneurship,opportunity-driven entrepreneurship, innovation and so on.
