摘要
小组项目是一种培养学生综合能力的教学方法,目前在高等学校使用日益广泛,但关于小组项目的具体操作与实施,却鲜有讨论。本文采用案例研究方法,基于多个小组项目实施之经验,将小组项目的实施总结为识别问题、制定计划、实地访问,数据处理和撰写报告等几个步骤,并将美国、中国香港和新西兰营销教学使用小组项目进行了比较,指出各自的特点,最后提出实施小组项目应当制定规范的教学指导书,利用网络提供资料,配备足够的人力组织教学。
Group project is a very popular teaching method to foster students' ability for the real world. Many professors use this method in teaching courses such as marketing research. However, there is lack of how to implement and manage a group project classes. The author summarized the experience in teaching with group project and generalized the components of group projects. That is identifying problem, making proposal, carrying field work, analyzing data and writing report. Group project plays a great role in teaching in America, China HK and New Zealand. It is necessary to have formal guidelines in project, provide websites for students, and assign instructors and adequate human resources.
