冠状动脉介入术并发心律失常临床治疗分析

目的探讨冠心病患者行冠状动脉(冠脉)介入术后并发心律失常的临床治疗。方法冠心病患者行冠脉介入术并发心律失常,在术后使用抗心律失常药物前提下观察心律失常的变化。结果92例冠心病患者行冠脉介入术有16例并发心律失常经对症治疗后心律失常消失或明显减轻。结论冠心病患者经行冠脉介入术并发心律失常,认真掌握各种心律失常治疗原则,必须特殊对待心律失常,发现异常及时处理,能有效消除或减轻心律失常的危害,提高PCI的成功率。

Objective Research the clinic treatment in coronary artery interposition and intercurrent arrhythmia.Methods The patients were operated with PCI and intercurrent arrhythmia,After the operation.We used the drugs and find out the diversification of arrhythmia.Results Sixteen arrhythmia patients were treated in ninety-two patients who operated with PCI,The symptom was disappear or alleviate obviously.Conclusion The heart patients treated in coronary artery interposition and intercurrent arrhythmia,knowing the various treatment methods well,Dealing the abnormality instance rapidly.That will be eliminate or alleviate risk of arrhythmia,Enhancing the tare of success in PCI.
