摘要
在硫酸介质中,头孢噻肟钠对高锰酸钾-乙二醛体系的化学发光有增敏作用,据此建立了流动注射化学发光法测定头孢噻肟钠的新方法.实验考察并讨论了不同类型的表面活性剂和3种醛对体系化学发光强度的影响.结果表明,该方法的相对发光强度与头孢噻肟钠的质量浓度在2.0×10^-7 - 6.0×10^-5g/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为3.0×10^-8g/mL;对4.0×10-^6g/mL头孢噻肟钠连续进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为0.47%.利用本法测定针剂中头孢噻肟钠的含量,结果较为满意.
A new chemiluminescence method coupled with the flow injection technique for the determination of cefotaxime sodium is developed.It is based on the enhancement of cefotaxime sodium on the potassium permanganate-glyoxal system in sulfuric acid medium.Influence of different surfactants and three kinds of aldehyde has been studied.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range for cefotaxime sodium is 2.0×10^-7 ~6.0×10^-5 g/mL and the limit of detection is 3.0× 10^-8 g/mL.The relative standard deviation(n=11) is 0.47 % for 4.0×10^-6 g/mL cefotaxime sodium. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cefotaxime sodium in dosage form with satisfactory results.
