摘要
以核雄性不育水稻为研究材料,对其育性表达特征和育性转换规律进行了比较研究.研究结果表明,核雄性不育水稻的花粉粒可染率和自交结实率均比较低,其育性表达随时间不同而异,且在花粉粒的可染率与自交结实率之间存在着一定的相关性.光温处理后的研究结果表明,99-2S表现出高温条件下雄配子部分可育而低温完全不育的特性,其比较好的繁殖温度是27℃左右.99-3S表现出低温条件下雄配子部分可育而高温完全不育的特性,其比较好的繁殖温度是25℃左右.
Changing rules and characteristics of male sterility in Genetic Male-sterile Rice(GMR) are studied.The research results show that frequencies of the dyeing pollen and the seed set are all very low.The occurrence of male sterility depends on time alteration.There are obvious correlations between the dyeing pollen and the seed set.The research results obtained by photo-temperature treating show that the male gametes of 99-2 s have the characteristics of partial male-sterile at the higher temperature and complete male-sterile at the lower temperature. The 27 ℃ is better breeding temperature for 99-28. Otherwise, the male gametes of 99-3s have the character isties of complete male sterile at the higher temperature and partial male-sterile at the lower tem perature. The 25 ℃ is better breeding temperature for 99 3s.
