摘要
介绍了水镁石纤维水泥混凝土路面在小康高速公路建设中的应用情况及技术问题。通过工作性和力学性能测试,以及电子探针和扫描电镜分析,研究了纤维种类及应用方法对混凝土性能及结构的影响。研究结果表明,水镁石纤维对水泥混凝土路面有一定止裂作用。与钢纤维混凝土相比,水镁石纤维混凝土拌和物的流动性较大,抗弯拉强度有一定提高,材料成本大幅度降低。水镁石纤维湿法添加工艺优于干法添加工艺。采用湿法工艺可减少水泥及纤维用量,降低材料成本,同时有利于纤维在混凝土中的分散及对混凝土增韧作用的发挥,提高混凝土的流动性及抗弯拉强度。
Application and technology issues of brucite fiber cement concrete pavement in the XiaoKang Expressway construction are introduced. Effects of fiber types and application methods on the properties and the struction of concrete are investigated though workability and mechanical test and electron probe and SEM analysis. Results show that brucite fibers have some crack-arrest effects on the cement concrete pavement. Compared with steel fiber concrete, brucite fiber concrete has a higher fluidity and higher flexual strength, and much lower cost. Brucite fibers application methods of wet process is better than that of dry process, the former method reduces the quantity of cement and fibers and the concrete cost. Meanwhile, wet process also benefits the dispersion of the brucite fibers in the concrete and improves of the fluidity and the flexual strength of the concrete.
