Intelligent Transportation System Planning of Beijing Expressway

高速公路智能化和信息化是实现高速公路管理现代化的必由之路。分析了北京市高速公路智能交通发展的主要问题,给出了系统规划的研究方法,确定了规划目标、原则、依据,并从技术路线和规划程序的角度阐述了系统规划的设计思想。在此基础上,提出了北京市高速公路智能交通规划的系统构成和近、远期建设框架,该研究可以为北京市高速公路的智能化建设和信息化发展提供重要的理论支持和依据。

The intellectualization and informationization of expressway are the requirement and deve-lopment trend for the modern expressway management.The main problems of expreeway intelligence transportation development in Beijing are analyzed,and the expressway intelligent transportation system（ITS） planning techniques is brought out,after determining the planning goal,the planning principle and planning basis,the research elaborated on the system plan concepts from the aspects of the technical route and plan procedure. Then, the constitution and construction framework of Beijing expressway intelligence transportation system （ITS） in recent period and long-term period are proposed. The research will provide important theory support and basis for the Beijing expressway intellectualized construction and the infor- mationization development in future years.
