摘要
PS路面强力剂是一种新型的外掺式复合聚合物改性剂,专用于沥青混合料的改性。采用AC-13C型沥青混合料,以基质沥青和混合料的不同改性技术(SBS、Sasobit、PLAST.S)为参照,系统研究了外掺PS沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性、抗疲劳性等路用性能,以及PS剂量对路用性能的影响。研究结果表明,PS路面强力剂能有效改善沥青混合料的各项路用性能,尤其是对高温稳定性改善甚为显著,且外掺PS剂量与路用性能的改善直接相关,同其他3种改性方式(SBS、Sasobit、PLAST.S)相比,PS路面强力剂具有更好的性价比和优良的可操作性,因而具有良好的应用前景。
PS(Pave-Strong) additive is a new compound polymer,which will be specially used as modified additive to modify an asphalt mixture.By carrying out the rutting test for AC-13C asphalt mixture,the high temperature stability of mixtures added with different doses of PS additive is mainly studied,and compared with another 4 types of asphalt mixtures(non-modified,and modified by SBS,Sasobit and PLAST.S).The experimental results indicate that PS additive can effectively improve the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture, and provide a better performance-price ratio and a better operability vis-a- vis the SBS, Sasobit, PLAST. S modified method. All this presents a fine prospect of PS application.
