摘要
介绍振动电动机主轴动态有限元分析的研究背景。利用Pro/E软件建立主轴的三维实体模型,然后将其导入ANSYS Workbench软件中进行动态有限元分析。对主轴的模态分析结果表明,主轴的动刚度较为均匀,所设计的最高转速合理;模拟实际工况进行谐响应分析,识别了产生共振的激振力频率,提出进一步提高主轴动态特性的工艺措施。
The research background of vibratory motor spindle dynamic finite element analyse was intrduced. The 3-D model of vibratory motor spindle was established by using the Pro/E software, then dynamic finite element analysis of spindle was carried out in ANSYS Workbench. The modal analysis result of spindle indicates that the dynamic stiffness of spindle is well-distributed and the maximum rotating speed is reasonable. The technique measure which can enhance the dynamic characteristic of spindle was proposed by carrying on the harmony response.
